"Inner sights" is the throughout research theme covering methods and techniquesof studio art, addressed
in the creation of Maria Caterina Preda. The forms of interior thought, wide, autonomous, are strongly personalized through intense color. The "inner sights," with strength
contained within contours, sometimes figuratively suggest masculine and feminine qualities, caught in their continuous attraction and rejection, however inevitably dwelling with each other.
The young artist embraces the common characteristics Art stages for contemporary creators. The mimesis moves towards interior—the soul—while them concrete leaves room to subjective approaches. The
artist is looking only for herself, from her inside out to the world. The rest is no longer a reproduction of nature, but a new look to the nature, with the only purpose of the artist's enjoyment.
